China annual growth no less than 6.5 pct in 2016-2020: Xi

BEIJING, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Tuesday that the country"s annual growth rate should be no less than 6.5 percent in the next five years to realize the goal to double 2010 GDP and per capita income by 2020.
